1) 11/5/18: Chromaflo Acquires CECOPLAS
CECOPLAS (Central de Colores Plásticos, S.A. de C.V.) – Colorants Business engages in manufacturing of high-quality products for the plastics industry.

2) 11/8/18: Evonik Acquires PeroxyChem for $625 Million
PeroxyChem LLC is a provider in peroxygen and adjacent chemistries with facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia.

3) 11/13/18: TorQuest Partners Acquires Bartek Ingredients
Bartek Ingredients, Inc. is a provider in the production and distribution of malic acid and fumaric acid, specialty products that improve flavor profiles, food safety, and profitability in food and beverages, add nutritive benefits while displacing antibiotics in animal nutrition formulations and contribute to the quality, safety, and efficacy of industrial applications. Bartek Ingredients, Inc. was founded in 1969 and is based in Stoney Creek, Ontario.

4) 11/15/18: INEOS Acquires Ashland’s Composites Business for $1.1 Billion
Ashland, Inc. b Composites Business & Butanediol Facility engages in unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins, and gel coats, while the BDO facility in Germany and related merchant products included in the agreement are part of Ashland’s Intermediates and Solvents (I&S) segment.
